WHY WE ARE THE BEST
Toyako was born in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, in year 1995. Founder Tommy Leong started this tiny little hair salon with his partner Ben Lim, called Cutting Design. Its mission is to have a salon to create a trend & change the hairstyle shop. The passion of these makes them enhance the 2nd & till 7 branches today.
The name “Toyoko” have born conceived initially from a famous Hokkaido lake. It brings people confidence and peace of mind with our salon.
Bearing the concept of T.I.P.S, we hope to create a new trend together with all of you.
Founded in 2005, Toyako Academy went from a humble space on the rooftop of the Johor Jaya shop lot to a 2500sqf Austin V Square today. Its remarkable growth and success came from none other than Tommy Leong.
